Counter-rotating media rails that feed on page-scroll velocity: a smoothed reading surges them to ~6× and shears them ±10° while you scroll, then exhales back to a 36px/s drift over ~600ms. Hover or focus a rail to ease it to a quarter speed and lift the card out of the stream. One passive scroll listener, one rAF loop.
