A presentation + orchestration layer for passkey (WebAuthn) setup. The app supplies WebAuthn operations and results; the component renders intro/capability/naming/starting/system-prompt/success/failure/existing-credential/unsupported states, always keeps an alternative sign-in path, and never implements crypto, collects key material, or fakes success.
