A message list with an honest delivery-receipt layer for chat/support/collaboration: draft/sending/sent/delivered/read/failed/retrying/scheduled/cancelled/edited as icon+text, read receipts, associated errors, retry/cancel/edit/copy. The app owns delivery; no network simulation and no constant idle animation.
