A launcher dock whose icons live inside one shared gaussian attraction field instead of per-icon hover states, so neighbours cascade and the bar reads as liquid under a magnet. Influence drives scale, lift and lateral drift springs; a label chip springs to the dominant icon; a virtual pointer sweeps the bar at idle. Transform-only, offscreen-paused, reduced-motion hover fallback.
